About us

The North Central Florida PBA proudly represents over 800 dedicated men and women, who work across 51 separate law enforcement agencies encompassing 15 out of 67 Florida counties. Our expansive geographic coverage includes major metropolitan areas outside of Orlando to the Suwannee River to Ocala horse country to the University of Florida and from the Georgia border all the way to Disney World.  The NCFLPBA negotiates 21 collective bargaining contracts and we are committed to advocating for safer working conditions, wage increases, and excellent benefits for all our members.

We provide PBA members with representation in contract negotiations, disciplinary matters, critical on and off duty incidents, civil suits, criminal actions, and administrative actions. Our robust government relations team provides lobbying services at both the local and state level.

The strength of our union lies in the unity and solidarity of our membership, which has stood strong and prevailed over many challenges over the years.
